Fusion is a powerful blend of Pilates, Barre and Yoga as a total body strength and conditioning class with focuses on muscle isolation and dynamic movement. Clients will move through unique variations and combinations of familiar moves with a goal of increasing strength and core stabilization (think: side plank with arm and leg movements).  With modifications and elevations for each movement, this class is accessible to a variety of fitness levels. Equipment for this class includes light weights, resistance bands, resistance loops, exercise mat and optional Bala Bangles. Class is preformed barefoot or in grippy socks.

Elevate is a fierce strength class with a cardio element…but remains low impact.  Elevate uses high reps of fast-paced functional movement with pilates and barre inspiration to make muscles burn, sweat drip and heart rates rise. Expect to see creative takes on squats, lunges, planks, bridges, roll-ups while incorporating resistance bands, loops, light weights, sliders, the Bala Power Ring and optional Bala Bangles. As clients choose the intensity of their equipment (or no equipment if desired), Elevate is accessible to a variety of fitness levels. Class is preformed barefoot, in grippy socks or clean athletic shoes.

Bounce is a FUN cardio forward and Fusion-strength class. Bounce on the rebounder trampoline for lively bursts of (surprisingly low-impact) cardio intervals (HIIT) and steady-state flows incorporated with familiar movement from our Fusion class to offer total-body strength benefits.  This fast-paced class is a fun way to spike your heart rate and burn out every major muscle group. Equipment for this class includes the rebounder trampoline, resistance bands, resistance loops, light weights and optional Bala Bangles. Clean athletic shoes must be worn for this class.

Burn is our traditional Barre experience. Using a stability bar, barre ball and light weights, we focus on small ranges of motions, muscle isolation and balance. Each major muscle group will be pushed to burn out in this low-impact conditioning class. Class is performed barefoot or in grippy socks.


Cardio Kickboxing is a cardio-forward, boxing-inspired and musically driven class. Using a series of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks, this class is accessible to those seeking a low-impact cardio class with challenges for those who want to jump! Preformed either barefoot or in clean athletic shoes, this fast-paced cardio class flies by and leaves you happy and sweaty.
