Elevate is a fierce strength class with a cardio element…but remains low impact. Elevate uses high reps of fast-paced functional movement with pilates and barre inspiration to make muscles burn, sweat drip and heart rates rise. Expect to see creative takes on squats, lunges, planks, bridges, roll-ups while incorporating resistance bands, loops, light weights, sliders, the Bala Power Ring and optional Bala Bangles. As clients choose the intensity of their equipment (or no equipment if desired), Elevate is accessible to a variety of fitness levels. Class is preformed barefoot, in grippy socks or clean athletic shoes.
