BURNBarre

Using micro-movements, muscle isolation and high repetitions, you will pulse your way to an insane burn…everywhere! This class breaks the work into 4 specific chunks. You will spend about 10 minutes exclusively on thighs, seat, core and upper body. While this class is always a challenge, it’s a great “first class” for someone as the small movements make it very approachable.

Fusion

Fusion is a powerful blend of Pilates, Barre and Yoga  and functional strength: basically anything low-impact and on the mat!. This total body strength and conditioning class with focuses on muscle isolation and dynamic movement. Instructors use their creativity to help you work every major muscle group while also challenging your flexibility, balance and coordination. Expect all movements to do more than one things in this class, like lunge pulses with a bicep curl or a side plank with leg movement. This class is fast, paced, interesting and uses a wide variety of equipment to challenge your body and mind.

Elevate

This strength-forward class uses heavier weights seen in our other formats and is more aligned with a traditional strength-training class. We’ll keep things interesting by incorporating a wide variety of equipment, adding a few cardio intervals and insuring each class is a unique experience.

High

Join our dance party! Whether you consider yourself a dancer or not, this class is approachable and SO MUCH FUN for all!  Using familiar songs, dance choreography and strength and cardio movements, you won’t even know you’re sweating as the beats drop.

Bounce

Fun-forward strength and cardio class using the rebounder trampoline! Spend time bouncing on the trampoline to fun songs, then hit the floor for some strength work. You won’t be in one place for long so this class flies by. Rebounding has a plethora of health benefits including promoting lymphatic drainage, increasing bone density, and is surprisingly low impact when compared to other cardio classes.

Mat-Pilates

You’ll be laying down on the mat for almost all of this class. Based on the traditional Pilates sequence, our certified Pilates instructor will incorporate resistance loops, balls and the Pilates ring to work deeply into your core. Focusing on breath, centering and slow movement powered by the center of your core, every muscle will strengthen and lengthen while you lay on your back, side or front.

Vinyasa

This is our all-levels yoga flow class. Whether its your first down dog, or your 10,000th chaturanga, our yoga teachers inspire, motivate and push all clients to feel their best in class. BYO mat or borrow ours.

Cardio Kickboxing

Driven by music, this boxing-inspired cardio class is a fun way to jab, hook and kick your heart rate up! This class begins with basic combinations and builds to a dynamic, musically-powered cardio class. As much of this class is powered by upper body, it’s adaptable to anyone who would otherwise shy away from cardio due to knee or foot issues.
