Bridgette has been a Group Fitness instructor for over 7 years and is also a Master Instructor-Trainer! Bridgette is dynamic and knowledgeable with more format-certifications under her belt than we can count.
Bridgette’s classes are powerful! She educates, motivates and creatively uses movement to provide clients a unique fitness experience for every single class. Her other superpower is how she effortlessly bonds with her clients and is a relentless supporter and friend.
On the weekend, you can find Bridgette hanging with her husband, enjoying wine and eating good food!

Janine has been teaching group fitness classes for 10 years! With a list of certifications under her belt, Janine has extensive experience with barre, trampoline, dance-cardio, kickboxing, strength training, & Zumba. Additionally with a background in dance, there is nothing she can’t teach with grace and enthusiasm.
Janine is truly magnetic and her clients are drawn to her positivity and motivation. Expect amazing playlists which are inspired by on-beat movements to all ranges of music from 80s and 90s remixes to club artists like Avicii and Robin Schultz.
On the weekend, Janine embraces the “work hard, play hard” mantra- YOLO! teaching in the AM and heading out for afternoon cocktails or pizza with her husband and friends.

Samantha is a certified RYT-200 and ISSA Personal Trainer along with being certified in Yoga Sculpt. Health and fitness have always been a huge part of Samantha’s life. In 2016, Samantha became a mom and it inspired her to be her best. She followed her heart, enrolled in Power Yoga Teacher Training, followed by Yoga Sculpt training and could not be more excited about her future in fitness.
When she’s not teaching fitness or driving car pools, she enjoy spending time with her husband Blake, her 5 year old daughter Emmie, 31/2 year old son Dawson and her 90 pound Berner Puppy Moe. They love being active outside at local parks, having dance parties and crafting as well as having lazy days watching Disney movies on the couch. Their happy place is South Florida where they escape to a couple times a year. Samantha’s perfect day would begin with a delicious cup, or two of coffee, a total body beach workout, followed by a gourmet Mexican Food feast by the water.

Kim is a ballerina turned yogi with more than 25 years of dance experience. Her passion for movement and art inspired her practice of yoga. She fell in love with the calm, strength and inner peace that yoga provides.
Kim is a 200 RYT certified instructor and her teaching both invigorates and calms. She incorporates essential oils in her class to promote a deeper sense of balance and comfort—connecting students to breath. Music is intentionally selected in efforts to elevate the student experience on all sensory levels.
Kim is a mother to three (including twins!). In her free time she and her husband like to travel and walk their new puppy!
Lindsay is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer along with being certified in Yoga Sculpt and Tabata. Lindsay was a gymnast at Penn State University and transferred her love of being on a team sport to working out together as a team in a studio! Lindsay’s main goal is to offer you a powerful and challenging workout all while you smile and laugh as you sweat. She wants you to walk out of her class feeling as though you were a part of something bigger!
When she’s not making friends in the studio she’s running around with her husband Dan, her 5-year daughter Ryan, 4-year old son Blake, and the pride of joy of her life Phyllis and Phoebe – her two 100+ LB Bernese Mountain Dogs!

Jill has been instructing since 2018. Jill has always been passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. She especially loves the energy and feeling of group fitness which is what drive her to becoming an instructor She loves how movement gives such an empowerment and body awareness. When clients leave her class they feel strong, capable and successful.
On a Saturday night you can find her snuggled on the couch for a movie night with her family. She loves being active, taking her dog, Jack, on walks, going on adventures with the kids and husband, traveling, camping, the beach – anything with the sun.
Jill P has been instructing for 5 years throughout the Libertyville and Vernon Hills communities. Jill has an authentic love for fitness and movement which is contagious to her clients. Jill is warm and welcoming and puts clients at ease with her presence!
Amy has practiced yoga and group fitness since 1998, when she fell in love breathing and mindful movement. After years of competitive sports in college and post college, she values stretching, and focusing on small movements to build strength and mobility. Amy has 20+ years of experience and designs classes to challenge, strengthen and restore your body, leaving you feeling healthy from the inside out.
When she’s not teaching she’s either working at her staffing company or spending time with her husband Mitch, and three children Shep, Brock and Devyn
Renee is a 200 RYT Yoga and Yoga Sculpt teacher with extensive training in barre and ALL the group fitness over the years. Her familiarity with our signature approach to movement with her unique experiences is a perfect pairing.
Renee is a wife and a mom to Joey and Charlie who keep her busy with ALL the sports! She loves cooking, reading, listening to podcast, a glass of red wine, yoga and meditation.
We were lucky to have her in our community as a client, and luckier still to have her on our instruction team. Renee will be teaching the Friday 6am class and yoga soon!
